Order Policy
Three days' advanced notice for orders, changes, and cancellations
Because we are a small shop, we require a three business days' advance notice for all custom orders.
We bake everything from scratch, and our limited physical space requires us to make frequent orders for ingredients. We also want to be sure we have enough staff and oven space to fulfill all of the orders we've received.
As a result, we put your order into our process three days in advance of your pick up, so once we reach that point we can no longer make changes or cancellations.
