Because we are a small shop, we require a three business days' advance notice for all custom orders. We bake everything from scratch, and our limited physical space requires us to make frequent orders for ingredients. We also want to be sure we have enough staff and oven space to fulfill all of the orders we've received. As a result, we put your order into our process three days in advance of your pick up, so once we reach that point we can no longer make changes or cancellations. Orders are considered abandoned if we have not heard from you within 24 hours of your pick up time to reschedule. Abandoned orders are not guaranteed to be saved and will not be refunded. We will try to at least make one reminder, but the policy is in place regardless.
