Potato Rosemary and Potato Dill are the only flavors that can be made VEGAN, and only as minis (not whole) and not as frittata.

Any quiche can be made gluten-free, either with GF crust or as a frittata (no crust).

Minimum one dozen per flavor of mini-quiche/frittata.
